How do I frame the puzzle once I’m done?
For best results, and to be environmentally conscious, we do not sell or recommend using puzzle glue. We recommend taping the back of the puzzle with packaging tape:
- use two pieces of cardboard to sandwich sections of the puzzle together and flip the puzzle over.
- put the sections back together so the puzzle is fully assembled face down.
- Tape the back of the puzzle entirely with packing tape.
Voila! Your puzzle is now permanently assembled and ready to frame.
This technique preserves the front of the puzzle (gluing can distort the image) and is easier, less messy, cheaper, and better for the environment!
Framing: simply buy a frame that matches the puzzles size or a matted frame with an opening that matches the puzzle size.
What do I do if I’m missing a piece?
It is very rare for our puzzles to be missing a piece* (we make each puzzle by hand and have many quality-control measures in place). If your puzzle is missing a piece, please contact us with your order information and we will replace it with a new puzzle.
*It’s very common for a piece to go missing due to pets, moving the puzzle around as you’re working on it, or for a piece to fall on the ground or behind something.
What is the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is placed and the tracking number when it ships. You can also log into your account at any time to view the status of your order.
If your tracking number shows delivered but you have not received it, please give it a few days. It is increasingly common for packages to be marked by the carrier as delivered a day or two before they are.
How do I change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. Please note that we can't make any changes to the delivery address after your order ships.
What if I don't like my puzzle?
You can return your puzzle anytime within 30 days with NO QUESTIONS asked. If you change your mind or are dissatisfied for ANY REASON, simply contact us within 30 days to return the puzzle for a full refund.
